Using our Sunlee Brand Buddha Sweet Rice is easy. First, rinse the rice thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear. Then, add the rice to a pot with the appropriate amount of water (usually about 1.5 to 2 times the volume of the rice). Bring it to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Let it simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed. For best results, let the rice rest for a few minutes before fluffing it with a fork. When storing the rice, keep it in a cool, dry place in an air - tight container to maintain its freshness. Avoid exposing it to moisture or direct sunlight, as this can cause the rice to spoil or lose its flavor.
